Back To Basics

In todays society everybody wants to use all the fancy things like implementing biohacking, superfoods and quick fix supplements like the gurus and influensers does. They think that for some reason if they do what the skinny model on IG does, they will look like her.

The BASICS are so underrated!

Friend, let me tell you, it’s not that easy AND what works for one person might not work for you.

What about the basics?

When did we forget all about that?

The importance of a healthy, functional body, it doesn’t need to be more complicated than so. So you might wonder what I mean with the basics.

In my opinion we have 4 important things that I see as the basics:

SLEEP

BREATH

MOVE

HYDRATE

These are the 4 basic things you need to implement first. Are you sleeping enough? Do you breath properly? Do you breath through your nose or your mouth? Yes it does matter! Do you move daily? Movement can be any movement but most importantly, do you get daily walks in? Do you hydrate enough? Water is essential for our body because our body is made up by 60-70% water.

These are the critical basic things that you need to assess first in combination with healthy, whole & nutritious food. When you have all of these dialed in, that’s when you can add on other things that will help you improve your health and wellbeing even more. But if you don’t sleep enough, not breath properly, not move enough and if you don’t drink enough water then START THERE!

These are the critical things in order to lay a foundation for your body, to feel your best and to look your best. Supplements and biohacking will just be a waste of your time and money. If you start adding them in without the foundation it will just be like a house built on dirt. After a while it will collapse anyway because you didn’t start with a solid foundation.

Having a solid foundation is key!

If you want help with building a solid foundation I invite you to work with me for 3 months to build a solid foundation for life! After these three months I promise you I will have given you the tools, the routines and the confidence to keep a strong, healthy and happy body for life.

You can of course try to implement all these on your own. The benefit of having a coach is that you will have someone to keep you accountable and to guide you on the right path.

START WITH THE BASICS!

LOVE,
Coach Josefine
